Sylvia Wendel

Sylvia Wendel is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in fitness instruction, business development, and management. Currently serving as the National Subcontractor Services Manager at Total Fire Protection since November 2023, Sylvia has also contributed significantly to the fitness industry as an instructor at Equinox since September 2017, at Barry's from April 2023 to October 2023, and at TITLE Boxing Club from March 2016 to September 2022. Sylvia co-founded The Fit Fem, focusing on empowering women through fitness, and managed operations at Broadridge Financial Solutions from 2006 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Technological Systems Management and Global Industrial Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Political Science from Stony Brook University.
