Mona Butler

Mona Butler is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience spanning nearly a decade. Currently serving as a Customer Service Manager at TFS since October 2019, Mona has previously held the positions of Customer Service Specialist and Escalation Specialist at Associated Spring RAYMOND from June 2018 to October 2019 and Customer Service Representative at Valbruna Stainless Inc from March 2014 to March 2018. Educationally, Mona attended Homestead High School, completing studies from 1984 to 1987.
