Dorothy Smothers

Dorothy Smothers has a diverse work experience in the information technology and telecommunications industry. Dorothy started their career at Cox Communications in 2004 as a Field Network Technician, where they worked for ten years. In 2014, they joined Mediacom Communications as a Tier 1 Support representative for a period of seven months. Following that, they worked as a Tech Lead at Total Highspeed Internet Service from 2016 until now. Dorothy'smost recent position is as an ITRE POS Support at Bass Pro Shops, where they have been employed since 2019.

Dorothy Smothers attended DeVry University from 2000 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
