Aside from her Associate Degree in Business Management, Heather’s love for serving clients, both locally and remotely, has earned her the position of Total Income Tax’s Office Manager.

As Office Manager, Heather ensures the smooth running of their office on a day-to-day basis, helping to manage the team and their clients. Her goal is to provide each and every client with the best service possible. Heather also enjoys being able to introduce clients to new credits and information to help them.
