Ron Passen

Ron Passen began their career in 1984 as a Staff Sergeant in the Air National Guard. In 1993, they joined DePuy Synthes as a Sales Associate. In 1999, they were promoted to Area Director for Central Ohio at Zimmer Biomet. Ron was then promoted to Senior VP Sales, Global Business in the same company, where they were challenged to turnaround several underperforming divisions, acquire/integrate new product companies, grow share across 34 counties, and maximize shareholder value. In 2021, they joined Total Joint Orthopedics as a Regional Sales Director, where they are responsible for managing clinical training for independent representatives & surgeons in all phases of the sales cycle and developing the distribution network.

Ron Passen graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
