Paul Miller has a diverse work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Paul started their career in 1991 as a Hardware Technician at ViaTech Systems. In 1996, they became the Owner and Sole Proprietor of C-Repair, where they built custom PCs, provided on-site maintenance and repairs, and completed network installations. In 2002, Paul joined Brazen Technology, Inc as a System Engineer, where they managed and maintained over 50 client networks, handled service contracts, and designed and implemented complete networks. In 2004, they founded CIT Consulting, LLC and served as the Owner until 2014. Currently, Paul is the Service Team Manager at Total Networks.

Paul Miller's education history includes obtaining a CCNA Certification in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in the years 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Arizona State University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering and Southeast Asian Studies. From 1990 to 1992, Paul attended The George Washington University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Paul has obtained various certifications, including Datto Certified Advanced Technician in January 2016, A+ Certified from CompTIA in March 2009, Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in December 2002, and CompTIA Network+ in June 2015.
