Alyssa Heckathorn

Alyssa Heckathorn is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in logistics and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Logistics Account Executive and Saturday Group Leader at Total Quality Logistics since March 2018, Alyssa has developed strong leadership skills and expertise in logistics management. Previously, Alyssa held positions as a Server at The Lake Club of Ohio and as a Server Trainer at Buffalo Wild Wings, showcasing a commitment to team training and customer satisfaction. Alyssa also gained valuable experience as a Lab Assistant and Receptionist at the University of Mount Union while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the same institution.
