Ashley Capers

Ashley Capers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ashley started their career at Anglin General Contracting as a Customer Service representative, where they were responsible for scheduling appointments and maintaining client records. Ashley gained proficiency in Microsoft Office during this time. Ashley then joined the US Navy as a Master At Arms - MA2(AW), serving as a Security Supervisor. In this role, they supervised a team of over 80 armed security members and demonstrated exceptional leadership and mentorship skills. After their service in the Navy, Ashley transitioned into the logistics industry and became a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics. Ashley specialized in arranging the transportation of full truckload shipments for various companies across the country. Ashley's success in this role led to their promotion as a Saturday Group Leader (SGL), where they managed a team of brokers and provided coaching and resources. Currently, they are a Sales Team Lead at Total Quality Logistics, overseeing the production and overall performance of the Sales team.
