Kathryn Pravel

Kathryn Pravel has extensive work experience in human resources and benefits management. Kathryn worked at Total Quality Logistics from 2018 to 2024, starting as a Benefits Manager and progressing to Senior Benefits Manager and Director of Payroll and Benefits. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Pure Romance from 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for all HR functions and served on the Board of Corporate Engagement. Kathryn also worked at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from 2008 to 2015, first as a Human Resources Specialist and later as a Human Resources Manager. In these roles, they managed various HR functions, including recruitment, workers' compensation, terminations, and compliance.

Kathryn Pravel received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Cincinnati in 2007.
