Matthew Shoulta

Matthew Shoulta has a diverse work experience with a focus on recruitment and operations. Matthew started their career as an Athletic Development Intern at the University of Cincinnati, where they gained experience in fostering camaraderie and supporting student-athlete scholarships. Matthew then worked as an Operations Assistant at the Tennessee Smokies Baseball Club, assisting in various business areas. Shoulta later joined Adecco as a Technical Recruiter, handling full recruitment life cycles for clients in the Engineering, IT, and Scientific industries. Currently, Shoulta is employed at Total Quality Logistics, where they have held multiple roles, including Corporate Recruiter, Corporate Recruiting Team Lead, Corporate Recruiting Manager, and Executive Recruitment. Their expertise lies in corporate recruiting and they recently assumed the role of Director of Corporate Recruiting.

Matthew Shoulta attended St Mary High School for an unknown duration. After high school, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Business from Northern Kentucky University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
