Zak B.

Zak B. has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several industries. Zak started their career in 2004 at Total Quality Logistics, where they held various roles, including Logistics Account Executive, Account Executive Training Specialist, SR. Account Executive Training Specialist, Training Manager, Organization Development, Sales Recruiting Operations Supervisor, National Operations, Sales Quality Manager, and eventually became the Director of Sales Quality Operations. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of VP, Sales Support Operations. In addition to their role at Total Quality Logistics, Zak B. also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for TAPA Americas at the Transported Asset Protection Association. Prior to these positions, they worked at the University of Cincinnati as a Graduate Instructor and Trainer. Overall, Zak B. has a diverse background in sales, operations, training, and leadership roles.

Zak B. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts & Science from the University of Cincinnati in 2001. Zak then went on to earn a Master's degree in Organizational, Interpersonal and Rhetorical Communication from the same university, completing the program in 2003.
