Saeideh Paredes

Saeideh Paredes worked for TSC Training Academy (TSCTA) LIC division for 12 years as the Administrative Coordinator. In November 2018 she got promoted to General Manager for our subsidiaries Safety Supplies Unlimited and TSCTA NJ. In this role, she oversees 3 SSU retail locations, S&S Safety and the training division. During her time with TSCTA, Saeideh helped implement new procedures, assist staff with understanding and enforcing DOB, OSHA, EPA & FDNY training requirements, assisted in collaborative marketing efforts and increased revenue and sales, while overseeing a team of 15+. Saeideh was a key individual for the opening of our training academy in the Bronx. She also handled high profile client accounts such as the NYC School Construction Authority, MTA, NYCTA, MACYs, Northwell and more. She poses vast knowledge of NYC DOB Building codes, OSHA and FDNY regulations. Saeideh was featured as the New York Real Estate Journal’s Executive of the Month for May 2019.
