Marianne Beatty, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Total Technology, Inc. since March 2015, Marianne previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO at Association Headquarters, Inc. from 2013 to 2014 and was the Director of Human Resources at NW Sign Industries from August 1997 to May 2012, where responsibilities included establishing the HR Department and training employees nationwide on company policies and procedures. Marianne pursued professional development through a PHR/SPHR Certification Preparation Course at Rowan University.
