Aaron Wells is an experienced operations manager currently leading Longshore Labor at Total Terminals International, LLC in the Port of Long Beach since November 2021. Previously, Aaron held the position of Terminal Operator II at Zenith Energy L.P. from October 2020 to November 2021, overseeing the shipping and receiving of raw crude and gas oil while monitoring various operational parameters. Earlier in their career, Aaron worked as a Tankerman (PIC) at Westoil Marine Services, Inc. from January 1993 to October 2010, managing cargo operations aboard fuel barges. Aaron is an alumnus of the Harry Lundeberg School of Seamanship.
