Carrie Ann Desnoyers

Carrie Ann Desnoyers is an accomplished instructional designer and eLearning consultant with extensive experience in the field of education. As the Founder and Lead Innovator at ACD Learning since February 2015, Carrie Ann offers consulting services in instructional design and eLearning development. At Total Training Solutions Inc., Carrie Ann serves as a Senior Consultant, focusing on interactive eLearning course design and development. Prior roles include Lead eLearning Developer/Lead Instructional Designer at The CARA Group, where Carrie Ann managed projects and teams for various educational clients, including Education Corporation of America and University Health Consortium. Additional experience includes instructional design positions at Crisis Prevention Institute, University of Wisconsin Colleges Online, and Herzing University Online, coupled with leadership roles and a dedication to enhancing online learning experiences. Carrie Ann holds an MS in Administrative Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BA in English: Creative Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
