Logistics and Operations

The Logistics and Operations team at Total Transportation & Distribution Inc is responsible for overseeing the efficient movement and storage of goods. The Warehouse Manager ensures optimal inventory control and warehouse operations. The Transportation Managers coordinate and manage TL and LTL freight services, including routing and scheduling. The Vehicle Maintenance & Safety Supervisor oversees fleet maintenance and ensures all vehicles comply with safety regulations.
