Jeff Lee

Jeff Lee started their career in 1990 as a General Manager at Jewel-Osco, where they managed Osco Drug Stores in Massachusetts, Indiana, and Iowa. Jeff was responsible for increasing sales and profitability in nine stores. In addition, they served as a Corporate Systems Trainer, installing new computer systems and training store personnel.

In 1996, they joined Culligan International as a General Manager, overseeing a company-owned dealer consumer business and a manufacturing operation. Jeff was responsible for managing approximately 125 employees and was recognized for running the most profitable operation in the company-owned division. Jeff later became a Regional Manager, where they led 13 company-owned Culligan stores in multiple states and increased operating income by 15% through productivity and cost reduction.

In 2006, Jeff Lee became the Owner and Vice President of Sales at Total Water Treatment Systems. Jeff provided quality service to high purity accounts in Wisconsin and Illinois, managed senior level accounts, and served as a leader and coach for two sales engineers covering multiple states.

From 2009 to 2015, they served as the President of the Pewaukee Lake Water Ski Club.
