Eduarda Philadelpho Fernandes de Pina currently serves as the Director of Asset for TotalEnergies in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina, overseeing business strategy, P&L, and partner relations for the southernmost oil and gas exploration asset in Argentina. With extensive experience in business development and geoscience management in Brazil, Eduarda has also held significant roles in human resources and operational management during a 13-year tenure at Transocean. As a founding member of the Diversity Committee at the Instituto Brasileiro de Petróleo, Gás e Biocombustíveis, Eduarda actively promotes inclusivity within the energy industry. Eduarda's educational background includes an MBA from IMD and specialized leadership training from prestigious institutions, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
