Fahad al-Tamimi

Fahad Al-Tamimi has over two decades of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Joint Venture Lead at TotalEnergies since September 2013, after progressing through various roles including Senior Business Analyst and Reservoir Geologist. Prior to TotalEnergies, Fahad worked at Qatar Petroleum from August 2005 to September 2013 as an Operations Geologist and also had a brief secondment as a Reservoir Geologist with ExxonMobil from June 2009 to March 2011. Earlier in his career, Fahad completed a traineeship at QatarEnergy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Energy from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Geology/Geophysics from Texas Tech University, complemented by a High School Diploma from the American School of Doha.
