Fernando Garcia Bonini

Fernando Garcia Bonini has extensive work experience in the legal field, primarily focused on the energy industry. Fernando is currently serving as the Vice President Americas - Legal Affairs and Agreements at TotalEnergies since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Total Austral S.A. as the Legal Manager from December 2015 to October 2021. Fernando also held positions at Total E&P do Brasil, where they worked as the Legal Director from December 2012 to December 2015 and as a Lawyer International Negotiator from January 2007 to November 2012. Before that, they worked at Total Gas y Electricidad Argentina S.A. as the Chief Legal Department from January 2005 to December 2006 and at Total Austral as the Chief Legal Department from April 1995 to December 2005.

Fernando Garcia Bonini obtained their Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Buenos Aires, studying from 1985 to 1992.
