François de Causans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and human resources strategy. Currently serving as the Head of People Analytics and the Head of Benefits and Employee Share Plan Projects at TotalEnergies since September 2014, François manages group capital increases for employees and oversees profit-sharing agreements. Prior roles include leading Business and Financial Modeling in the Renewables sector, asset management at SunPower, and various financing roles in corporate finance at Total and PSA Peugeot Citroën. François holds advanced degrees in International Finance, Banking and Finance, Civil Engineering, and Economics from esteemed institutions, including Thunderbird School of Global Management and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
