Jack Semrani

Jack Semrani has diverse work experience in the legal field. Jack is currently employed as the Director and Senior Lead Counsel at TotalEnergies, where they specialize in renewable energy project deal counsel and negotiates various agreements related to power purchase, construction, operation and maintenance, asset management, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and energy production and storage. Jack also provides advice on real estate title matters. Prior to joining TotalEnergies, Jack worked at SunPower Corporation as the Director and Senior Regulatory & Transaction Counsel, where they negotiated agreements related to power purchase, engineering, procurement and construction, operation and maintenance, asset management, financing, and energy storage. Jack also handled regulatory compliance and proceedings. Jack has also worked as an Attorney at Law and as an Associate Attorney at Ballard Spahr. Jack began their legal career at Bayer & Kaufman LLP as a Real Estate Attorney and Law Clerk.

Jack Semrani earned their Juris Doctor degree with honors from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, in 2005.
