Oriane Danes

Oriane Danes has over a decade of experience in various roles within the HR and consulting sectors. Currently, Oriane serves as the Head of Talent HR IT Solutions at TotalEnergies, a position held since November 2013, following positions as an IT Business Analyst in HSE, Operational Contract Manager, and Telecom Project Manager within the same organization. Previously, Oriane worked at Wavestone as a Consultant focusing on Business Transformation and at Nielsen as a Senior Consultant with specialization in new product development and optimization for consumer goods through the BASES division. Early career experiences include an apprenticeship at Auchan in the FMCG Corporate Purchasing Department and an internship at Technip, where project management skills were developed. Oriane holds an MBA with a major in Marketing from ESSEC Business School and has studied at INSA Lyon and Universitat Politècnica de València.
