Stephen Harrington

Stephen Harrington is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Development at TotalEnergies since June 2022. In this role, Stephen formulates strategies for the deployment of renewable energy resources and manages relationships with key stakeholders. Previously, as a Principal Development Manager at both TotalEnergies and SunPower Corporation, Stephen developed solar energy and storage systems across the United States. Prior legal experience includes roles as Senior Counsel and Commercial Counsel at SunPower, as well as an associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where Stephen advised on a range of corporate transactions in the energy sector. Stephen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Texas at Austin.
