Ting Wee Liang

Ting Wee Liang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. From August 2015 to October 2020, Ting Wee served in various leadership roles at TotalEnergies, including President for Asia Pacific and the Middle East, Vice President for South Pacific and Indian Ocean, and President and Managing Director for Marketing and Services in China, overseeing Total’s downstream operations in lubricants, retail, and special fluids. Prior experience at the Singapore Economic Development Board from January 2001 to January 2012 included roles as Director of the Energy and Chemicals Industry Cluster, International Director for multiple emerging markets, and Regional Director for Europe, focusing on strategy and investment promotion. Ting Wee began a career as a refinery engineer at ExxonMobil from June 1995 to December 1997. Ting Wee holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the National University of Singapore and completed A Levels at Victoria Junior College.
