Tara Millican Green has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Tara began their career as a Support Worker at Sense, where they supported individuals with Congenital Rubella Syndrome and others with severe learning difficulties with their day to day activities. In 2015, they also began working as a Waitress at The Cuban Embassy, where they were responsible for greeting customers, taking and making drink orders, and handling a float. In 2016, they worked as a Poll Clerk for Birmingham City Council. In 2017, they began working as General Staff at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, where they served drinks and snacks to customers, set up tables, and served three course dinners. In 2018, they worked as a Waitress at The Village, Moseley. Finally, in 2019, they began working as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre, where they were responsible for preparing conference rooms, maintaining coffee machines, and serving breakfast, lunch, and snacks. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Operations Representative at TotallyMoney.
Tara Millican Green completed their Access to Higher Education Diploma from Fircroft College of Adult Education in 2017-2018. Tara then went on to obtain their Ancient and Medieval History degree from the University of Birmingham in 2018-2021. In addition, they obtained their Level 2 Principles of Business Administration certification from Training Qualifications UK in January 2022 and their Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certification from ONE-TRAINING-SERVICES LIMITED in September 2019.
