Cindi James

Cindi James is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mortgage processing, event planning, and community service. Currently a Mortgage Loan Processor at Total Mortgage Services, LLC since February 2020, Cindi also owns Diamond Events and Promotions, specializing in event planning for various occasions. As an Executive Director for both the Fall River Business Exchange and Future of Fall River since April and November 2014 respectively, Cindi has developed and managed social media platforms. Cindi is the Founder of Mission Hope, which supports families in South Coast Massachusetts. Previous experience includes roles as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Northpoint Mortgage, Inc., Office Administrator at Residential Properties Ltd., and a volunteer providing administrative assistance at the Town of Westport Police Department. Cindi holds degrees in Criminal Law, Business Management, and Information Technology from Bristol Community College and Waukesha County Technical College.
