Kathleen Hanrahan

Kathleen Hanrahan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kathleen started their career at Zotos International in 1981, where they served as the Associate Director of International Conference Planning until 1989. Kathleen then joined Connecticut Home Mortgage in 1992 as a Senior Underwriting Analyst and stayed with the company until 2000. Following that, Hanrahan worked at TMO (Transaction Management Online) as the Regional Director from 2000 to 2008. In 2008, they held two positions simultaneously: Director of Short Sale Services of CT, LLC and Senior Closing Manager for FNMA at Owen REO LLC. Kathleen continued with Owen REO LLC until 2011, where they worked as an Operations and Client Relations Manager. Lastly, they joined Total Mortgage Services, LLC in 2012 as a Team Lead and Wholesale Account Manager, responsible for facilitating the submission, approval, and closing of residential mortgage loans.

Kathleen Hanrahan pursued their undergraduate studies from 1977 to 1981 at St. Bonaventure University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication.
