Melissa Speer

Melissa Speer is a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry with extensive experience in production management and training. Currently serving as the Regional Production and Training Manager at Total Mortgage since April 2021, Melissa previously held the position of Production Manager at Mortgage Equity Partners from November 2017 to April 2021. In earlier roles, Melissa was responsible for mortgage sales management at Harvard University Employee Credit Union and Finance of America Mortgage, achieving significant production increases. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Village Mortgage Company, First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Charleston, and HSBC Mortgage, among others. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Miami University.
