In their most recent position as the Director of National Sales at Total Mortgage Services, LLC, Mike played a key role in establishing the company as the top purchase lender in Connecticut. Mike focused on growing the business and building a strong company culture.

Prior to that, Mike worked as the SVP Third Party Origination at Norcom Mortgage, where they were responsible for expanding the company's lending channel nationwide. Mike successfully hired and managed account executives across the country, offering a wide range of mortgage products to partners.
