André Guimarães Nowill has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. André Guimarães started their career in 2013 as an Assistant Marketing at Erboristeria Áurea, Farmácia de manipulação, where they supported the development of the company's website and was involved in point of sale communication. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Intern at MDJ Montagens Eletromecânicas LTDA, updating social media platforms and publishing ads in magazines.

In 2015, André joined Practo as an Analyst of Content, and later became an Account Executive from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they managed accounts and was responsible for content analysis.

From 2018 to 2019, André worked at Gympass as an Analyst for Business Development in São Paulo, assisting large companies in building a culture of quality of life with measurable results. André Guimarães also worked as a Business Development Specialist for Relationship, focusing on understanding the relationship between employee health and company profit. In 2020, André became a Business Development Pleno Regional for the NO/NE/MG regions, generating leads and developing accounts in the private sector.

In 2021, André joined Loft as a Senior Business Development Specialist, where they focused on structuring the business development area and providing a unique experience for buyers.

Most recently, André has been working at TotalPass Brasil since 2021 as a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise, managing key accounts and implementing strategies to maximize sales results. André Guimarães has also worked as a Customer Success Closer, renewing contracts and improving financial efficiency. André excels at relationship building, strategic analysis, and achieving revenue growth.

André Guimarães Nowill graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2014, where they completed their degree in Publicidade e Propaganda.
