Maria Adina Gurgu

Maria Adina Gurgu has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software development and project management. Maria Adina started their career as a Software Engineer at ICE FELIX SA, where they contributed to the design and development of a proprietary PLC kernel. Maria Adina then joined Flintab as a Programmer and Control Engineer, working on software development projects for clients like Shell Romania.

Moving forward, Gurgu joined TotalSoft, where they held various roles and demonstrated strong leadership and managerial skills. Maria Adina served as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Programmer in the Custom Software Development Department, overseeing a team of programmers, testers, and technical consultants. Gurgu later took on the role of Delivery Manager in the Charisma ERP, Financial Services division, managing a team of project managers and consultants and successfully implementing the Charisma ERP system in several international financial organizations.

Gurgu's career progression continued with their appointment as the Senior Manager of Project Management, where they established a PMO and implemented effective project methodologies for the company. Maria Adina then took on the position of R&D Site Manager, leading a team of software engineers and coordinating the Romanian R&D Services center for a strategic German customer. Gurgu's most recent position at TotalSoft was CTO of the Charisma ERP Suite, and they currently serve as the Charisma ERP Customer Support Director.
