Nicole Maldonado

Nicole Maldonado has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicole started their career as a Marketing Associate at Blue Square Concepts in May 2017, followed by roles as a Merchandise Sales Associate for The Lion King Gazelle Tour at Disney Theatrical Group, a Seasonal Associate at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC., and a Sales Associate at Old Navy, all in 2017. In 2019, Nicole gained experience as a Finance Intern at DeltaHedge, where they created daily newsletters, supported Financial Analysts, and analyzed derivatives within the market. Nicole also worked as a Credit Intern at Capital Farm Credit, collaborating on market research projects, evaluating loan applications, and assisting loan officers. In 2020, Nicole became a Senior Technical Support Engineer at insightsoftware, providing technical support before joining Totango in 2022 as an Integrations Support Engineer. Additionally, they served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Boston University in 2020 and worked as an Office Assistant at Boston University School of Law from 2017 to 2020. Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated a range of skills and expertise in areas such as marketing, sales, finance, customer support, and administrative tasks.

Nicole Maldonado completed their high school education at Greengates School from 2004 to 2016. Nicole then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management Information Systems from Boston University between 2016 and 2020. During their undergraduate studies, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at the Università degli Studi di Padova in 2019.
