Umur Kavlakoglu

Umur Kavlakoglu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and service management across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Founding Member of the Customer Advisory Board at Totango since March 2019, Umur plays a critical role in providing strategic guidance to enhance customer-focused technology and services. Prior to this, Umur held leadership roles at Data Intensity, LLC and Highstreet IT Solutions, focusing on customer success, implementation management, and revenue growth. Umur's tenure at Sungard Availability Services involved overseeing service management for a substantial client base, while earlier positions at AT&T and Global Turnkey Systems included significant contributions to client management and ERP project implementations. Educationally, Umur holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queens College and GCE "A" Levels in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Barking College of Technology in England.
