Steve Meli

Steve Meli currently serves as the Managing Director at Aluflexpack Group, overseeing the launch of the company's first U.S. operations since July 2024. In addition, Steve holds the position of Director of Sales for North America at Totani America, focusing on sales growth and market expansion. Previous roles include Director of New Business Development at American Fuji Seal and New Business Development Manager at Starpak Corp., where Steve worked to identify new business opportunities and enhance brand awareness. Steve's extensive experience in the flexible packaging industry is complemented by a successful tenure as President of Pouch Solutions and General Manager at Precision Pouches, along with a background in sales and marketing management at Pactiv Corporation. Steve earned an Executive MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Akron.
