Liam O'Neill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Cloud at Totara Learning since February 2022, Liam is instrumental in transforming the company into a leader in cloud-first learning development solutions. Previously, as the Product & Innovation Manager at Vital NZ, Liam directly contributed to strategic decision-making and product delivery processes. Earlier roles include Customer & Market Proposition Manager at Contact Energy Ltd, where Liam led a team to drive product discovery and launch initiatives, and Senior Product & Strategy Development Manager at ScottishPower, focusing on innovative energy services and products. With a background that spans consultancy in energy management and graduate engineering positions, Liam holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Natural Resource Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
