Jennifer Hudak

Jennifer Hudak's work experience includes serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for TOTE Group, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of HR for North America, Latin America, Caribbean & EMEA Field Operations at Signature Flight Support from March 2020 to March 2023. Additionally, they have experience as the Area Vice President and Area HR Director at PulteGroup from 2013 to 2020. Before that, they held various HR positions at PepsiCo and Pepsi Beverages Company from 2001 to 2013.

Jennifer Hudak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of La Verne. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications. Jennifer obtained the Korn Ferry Leadership Potential Solution certification in November 2019, followed by the Korn Ferry 360 certification and the Leadership Architect certification from Korn Ferry in June 2018. Furthermore, they obtained the Trained Facilitator certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2006.
