Debbie Schultz

Debbie Schultz co-founded Music Heals in 2023, which aimed to bring together music lovers and make a positive impact in communities through the healing power of music. Prior to this, they served as the President of Totem since 2006, revolutionizing employee benefits to provide customized solutions and clear communication. From 2001 to 2006, they held the position of Executive Vice President at J. Smith Lanier & Co., a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC company. Starting in 1980, they worked as the Vice President at SchultzRowson until 2001.

Debbie Schultz attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1976 to 1979, where they obtained a BBA degree with a concentration in Insurance and Risk Management.
