Emmanuel Rochas

Emmanuel Rochas serves as Group CEO at TOTEM since June 2025, following a significant tenure at Orange from November 2006 to June 2025, where leadership roles included CEO of Orange Wholesale International and CEO of Orange International Carriers, generating approximately €1 billion in annual turnover with a global team of 500. Prior positions at Orange encompassed executive director for the Normandy and Centre Regions, head of network build and run for Languedoc Roussillon, and head of group strategy. Emmanuel also chaired the Global Leaders Forum from October 2024 to May 2025, advocating for alignment among connectivity leaders. Previous governmental experience includes positions as deputy director and adviser at the French Ministry for Trade and the Ministry of State Reform, focusing on SME policies and information technology. Emmanuel holds a Master's degree in Physics from École Polytechnique and an advanced graduate degree in Telecommunications from Télécom Paris.
