Gavin Boorman

Gavin Boorman is a seasoned football performance analyst with extensive experience in youth and first team analysis across various football clubs in England. Currently serving as the Lead Academy Recruitment Analyst at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club since August 2022, Boorman is responsible for the analysis of various age groups and overseeing casual staff during Academy games. Previously, Boorman held the position of Head of Academy Performance Analysis at Oxford United Football Club, where leadership and management of the analysis provision for U9-21 age groups were key responsibilities.
