Dalila Bastos

Dalila Bastos holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, obtained in 2017. With a diverse professional background, Dalila has been the Leader of the Engineering Team at TOTVS since February 2025 and serves as a Leadership Mentor for the Programa Liderança Prática since September 2024. Prior to these roles, Dalila was a Business Mentor at Boot Lab LTDA from March 2023 to August 2025 and spent nearly nine years at RD Station, where responsibilities included Customer Support Coordinator, Senior Customer Support Analyst, and various support analyst roles, focusing on high-performance team management, coaching, and customer satisfaction. Early career experience includes internships in administrative and financial support at SCGAS and ONG Transmissão da Cidadania e do Saber - Eletrosul, as well as a position in the administrative sector at Prime Physical Center.
