Inès Joly has diverse work experience in various industries. In 2010, they interned at Societe Generale Private Banking, where they collected and filed customer records and implemented databases. In 2012, they interned at JCDecaux, where they conducted a competition analysis and analyzed marketing data. In 2015, they worked as an Event Manager Assistant at Ôdecréa - Cultura Gastronómica, organizing various culinary events and managing supplier and customer relationships. In 2016, they worked as a Sales and Customer-service Agent at Mon Petit Paris, handling bookings and customer service in multiple languages. In 2017, they worked as a Data Analyst Associate at 55, setting up and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Finally, since 2018, they have been working at Toucan Toco, first as a Project Manager, App Designer, and Dataviz' Expert, and currently as Customer Care Team Lead, providing internal and external support for end-users and app administrators while ensuring scalability for clients.
