Stephanie Alvarez

Stephanie Alvarez currently serves as the Customer Care Team Lead at BetMGM, where a diverse range of roles has included Regulatory Coordinator, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative since September 2021. Prior to joining BetMGM, Stephanie worked as a Coordinator at Eye Level Learning from May 2019 to September 2021. Stephanie obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Education from Bergen Community College, completing studies there between 2019 and 2021, and attended Miami Dade College from 2017 to 2019.
