Federica Holmes

Federica Holmes has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Summer Analyst role at JP Morgan in 2004. In 2005, they joined Marazzi Group S.p.A. as a Corporate Development Analyst in the Corporate Strategy and Development Team. From 2008 to 2010, they attended IMD - International Institute for Management Development, graduating with an MBA in 2010. In 2012, they joined toucanBox as part of the founding team in the capacity of Head of Operations & Planning, where they successfully defined the value chain of the business and led sourcing strategy. In 2016, they were promoted to Director of International at toucanBox, where they were responsible for European markets with full P&L responsibility, and directly leading sales and marketing activities in local markets.

Federica Holmes completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Università Bocconi between 2001 and 2004. Federica then took part in a Bachelor of Arts Exchange Programme at the Texas McCombs School of Business in Corporate Finance from 2003 to 2004. Federica then obtained their Master of Science in Administration, Finance and Control from Università Bocconi between 2004 and 2006, followed by an MBA in Business Administration from IMD in 2009-2010.
