Joel Callou is a dynamic entrepreneur and experienced professional, currently serving as Founder & CEO of OpenPinna and as a Labs Batch 12 Founder at LOI Accelerator, a youth-led startup under the League of Innovations Labs. With a diverse background, Joel holds the position of Business Analyst at SkillHat and Business Insight and Analytics Manager at Touch of Class, along with project management experience at Zimi Entertainment. Previously, Joel worked at Obsidi By BPTN as the Analyst Customer Experience Member Acquisition Lead, where responsibilities included developing member acquisition strategies and enhancing customer experience. Joel's early career includes roles at Intact as an Insurance Broker, AdMass as an Account Executive, and Souperlicious as an Operations Associate. Joel earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The University of the West Indies.
