Caroline Rose has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Caroline currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Touch & Sell since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Chef de projet - Gestion de bases de données & contrôle d’accès at Léni from 2014 to 2022, where they managed a portfolio of varied clients including institutional clients and event organizers. Caroline also had a gap year in 2012, spending time in New Zealand and Southeast Asia. In 2010, they worked as a Chargée d'affaires junior Grandes Entreprises at Crédit Agricole Nord de France, where they participated in the internal rating process for evaluating loan risks and managed client relationships. Caroline gained project management experience during an internship at Leroy Merlin in 2009 and acquired international experience during a stage in Australia in 2008.

Caroline Rose completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, and Management from EGC Lille from the year 2007 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Management and graduated from SKEMA Business School with a Master 2 (M2) degree during the years 2010 to 2012.
