Allon Chauhan has a diverse work experience in customer support and technical roles. They started their career as a Technical Support Representative at Staples in August 2020 and worked there until September 2021. In this role, they focused on connecting with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting customer needs.

After that, Allon joined The Michaels Companies, Inc. as a Replenishment Associate in August 2020 and worked there until September 2021. Their responsibilities included adhering to standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and requirements, and executing company policies and standards.

Currently, Allon is employed at TouchBistro, where they have held multiple roles since October 2021. They started as a Product Support Technician, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and working with the development team to address software issues. Later, they became a Product Support Technical Specialist, providing direct support to Product Support Technicians and answering software and hardware questions. They then transitioned to the role of a ProTeam Support Specialist, managing internal escalations and investigating high-profile cases. Currently, Allon holds the position of Team Lead, Product Support at TouchBistro, where they provide leadership, support, and guidance to the Product Support Technicians in delivering exceptional customer experiences. They also proactively manage employee performance and address any performance issues that arise.

Allon Chauhan earned a College diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from St. Lawrence College from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Allon obtained a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School in 2019. Allon also holds additional certifications including OACETT Associate Member from the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services, and various LinkedIn certifications in AWS, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Allon also participated in the Google Code-In program in 2017 and 2018.
