Chauncey Ha

Chauncey Ha has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Chauncey is currently working at TouchBistro as a Team Lead for Value Added Services & Menu Support. In this role, they manage second level customer inquiries, provides product support, handles escalations, and proactively enhances the customer experience. Prior to this, Chauncey worked as a Value Added Services Technician and a Product Support Technician at TouchBistro.
