Jenny do Forno

Jenny do Forno has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jenny is currently the Chief People Officer at TouchBistro. Prior to this, they worked as the Program Director for Venture Talent at the Schulich Venture Academy and served as a Founding Fellow in the Talent Stream at On Deck. Jenny was also a Partner and Head of Talent at OMERS Ventures, where they played a key role in shaping the company's talent strategy. Before that, they worked at Nest Wealth as the Head of People and Culture and Head of People and Customer Experience. Jenny also has experience in the technology industry, having held leadership roles at Info-Tech Research Group and Moneris Solutions. Jenny began their career as a Senior Consultant at Ray & Berndtson and Associate at The Caldwell Partners. Overall, Jenny has a strong background in talent management and has worked in various sectors including venture capital, technology, and education.

Jenny do Forno holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Political Studies from Queen's University. Jenny also pursued postgraduate studies in International Relations at the University of Lisbon. In 2021, Jenny obtained a certification in Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals from the Co-Active Training Institute.
