Deborah Zajac

Deborah Zajac is the Director at Touchdown Ventures. Deborah has also previously worked as the Executive in Residence at Columbia Technology Ventures, Senior Director at GE Ventures, and a Trustee at Lehigh University.

Earlier in their career, Zajac worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Andersen from 1997 to 2000. Deborah then served as the Implementations Manager at Celarix.com from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, they joined GE as the Investments, Innovation, & Corporate Development lead. Deborah stayed with GE until 2013 when they transitioned to their role at GE Ventures.

At GE Ventures, Zajac was responsible for corporate business development, investments, and corporate innovation. In 2016, they left GE Ventures to join Columbia Technology Ventures as their Executive in Residence. In this role, they led corporate venture capital funds for Fortune 500 companies.

In 2017, Zajac returned to Touchdown Ventures where they are currently the Director.

Deborah Zajac has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS & BA from Lehigh University.

Their manager is David Horowitz, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Brett Kadesh - Director, Brian Laegeler - Principal, and Selina Troesch Munster - Principal.
